Many young people are taught the wrong lessons in their formative employment years because companies encourage a poor work-life balance, which results in deteriorating physical and mental health, strained interpersonal relationships, workplace burnout, and a focus on wealth over happiness. But what’s the point of being a multi-millionaire at retirement if you didn’t enjoy the years leading up to it? It’s all about the journey!


At No Bugs, we prioritize customer care and neighborly values. But we consider our staff to be our first customers – we want our team to feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. And our work environment? Let’s just say it’s not your typical office space. We’ve built an atmosphere that’s inviting, fun, and rewarding, complete with lounges, food, entertainment, and games.

Professional DEvelopment &
Personal Empowerment

Welcome to the No Bugs Internship Program! This paid internship is designed to facilitate professional development and personal empowerment for the future entrepreneurs of Santa Clarita. We believe that in order to become successful in business, it is crucial to have a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and general office responsibilities.

Our internship program is tailored to help students refine these skills through hands-on training and mentorships from experienced professionals. During the program, interns will learn how to sell like a pro, facilitate the customer onboarding process, handle general front office tasks, and improve their customer service skills. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where interns can learn, grow, and prepare themselves for their future careers.


We believe that it’s important to compensate our interns for their time. Our company offers minimum wage for all internships.  

You will be working at the No Bugs office located at 27734 Avenue Scott #180 Valencia CA 91355.

We are open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with 8-hour shifts. Please let us know if you require certain hours due to your schooling or extracurriculars.

We have available guest parking spots that are clearly labeled with signs.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in various areas, including but not limited to:

  • General front office tasks
  • Assisting with inbound sales
  • Sending and processing agreements
  • Finalizing customer onboarding
  • Scheduling services
  • Serving as field support to the crew
  • Providing phone support for the Director of Commercial Accounts

These tasks involve a combination of administrative and customer service responsibilities, which will allow you to gain a well-rounded understanding of our company’s operations and how different departments work together to provide excellent customer service.

The No Bugs business model operates with affordable year-round service plans that cover inspections, same-day treatments, supplemental services, and more for a flat monthly fee. As our intern, you will discover the importance of selling with integrity, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to a positive work environment. You will also develop valuable soft skills, such as communication, time-management, adaptability, and problem-solving, which are essential to any industry.

The No Bugs approach to pest control is very proactive with a focus on customer safety and satisfaction. In fact, it is one of the safest and most innovative programs in the industry. Our exclusive Mint X+ uses a combination of essential oils and EPA-registered products to combat invasive pests without posing a risk to children and pets. But we are more than just a service provider – we are an educational resource to help our customers understand how to prevent pest problems in their homes and businesses. As our intern, you will learn the value of listening to customer concerns, communicating effectively, and working as a member of a collaborative team to provide quality service.

Families make the switch to no bugs from their current pest control company because they discovered that you can have 100% effective pest control without the use of harsh chemicals. We protect homes with products natural to the environment, including essential oils like rosemary, mint, and oil of wintergreen. But it’s not just what we use. It’s how, when, and where we use it. Pesticide safety comes down to exposure – the less used, the better. Our backpacks are specifically designed for precise exterior treatments that are both kid and pet friendly!

No Bugs is family owned and operated. It’s not a big franchise or a big corporation with high overhead. This gives us the advantage of being cost-competitive, which means customers save money. Our standard service includes things other companies can’t afford to include. Silverfish, ticks, fleas, black widows, brown recluses, scorpions, cockroaches – it’s all included. Other companies charge hundreds of dollars to trap or bait. Not with No Bugs. They’re all included in the customer’s service plan.
