Because we prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, we have a very simple service policy at No Bugs: If we can afford to attend to any of your needs, and the treatment can be completed by a No Bugs technician in your area, then there likely won’t be an additional service charge.
However, like any service policy, there may be exceptions based on time restrictions, the severity of an infestation, or if specialized products are required for the treatment.

In the event that certain treatments require extra visits to your home for checking or refilling rodent bait boxes, or for trap cleaning outside of your scheduled treatment day, we will always inform you in advance about any associated costs and provide a clear explanation for why they are necessary.
