General Pest Control
What types of pests do you treat?

No Bugs is an all-inclusive pest control company that treats a wide range of pests, including ants, spiders, roaches, termites, rodents, bed bugs, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and more. If you have a specific pest problem, please contact us for details on how we can help.

Are your treatments safe for pets and children?

Safety is our priority. We use organic and synthetic products that are designed to be safe for both pets and children when used according to label directions. We use EPA-approved products and take extra precautions to ensure safety.  Our approach minimizes exposure to kids and pets, making it the safest in the industry.

How long until my pets/kids can go outside after treatment?

Typically, you should wait for the treatment to dry before allowing pets and children outside. In Santa Clarita, this usually takes about an hour, but it could be as short as 20 minutes in the hot summer months.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

In most cases, you do not need to leave your home. However, for infestations requiring interior treatments, it may be necessary. Our technician will provide instructions based on your situation.

Do you offer eco-friendly or organic pest control options?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly and organic pest control solutions that minimize environmental impact. Please ask about these options during your consultation.

Is it all organic?

We use a mix of organic products like essential oils and synthetic products as needed. Our goal is to use the best natural products while supplementing with man-made solutions when necessary, especially during warmer months.

Specialty Services
Do you handle termites/termite inspections?

Yes, we are a full-service termite and pest control company.

Do you offer treatments for bees?

Yes, we offer bee control services, and an inspection is typically required to provide an estimate.

Do You have options for rodent control?

Yes, we offer rodent control services, and an inspection is usually needed to provide an estimate.

Treating Your Home
What should I do to prepare for my pest control service?

Please ensure pets, along with any food or water bowls, are kept away from treatment areas. To allow full access to your property, clear any blocks or clutter, and make sure the exterior of your home is accessible. Additionally, leave gates unlocked for the technician.

Can you spray my children’s toys?

We do not recommend spraying children’s toys, as it is against the law. Our regular service will help get the bugs under control. However, if you turn the toys upside down in the yard, we will inspect and de-web them if necessary.

Is your treatment safe for my fishpond or vegetable garden?

Yes, our technicians are trained to avoid these areas. We make permanent notes to ensure each technician is aware of any special areas on your property.

Can you spray around my pool, waterfall, or rock outcroppings?

Yes, we can treat areas around pools and rock formations where pests tend to live.

Service Schedules
How often do I need pest control service?

We recommend quarterly maintenance treatments for optimal protection. However, we offer three service levels to fit individual needs. Most customers start with quarterly service and can request extra services as needed. If your property later requires more frequent service, we can adjust your plan.

What do you do when you come out for a service?

When we service your property, we inspect and treat the exterior of your home, the perimeter of your yard, barbeque area, patio, play area, pool, and pool equipment. This includes dewebbing and inspecting for rodent activity or servicing existing rodent bait boxes.

How soon can I schedule an appointment?

Typically, you should wait for the treatment to dry before allowing pets and children outside. In Santa Clarita, this usually takes about an hour, but it could be as short as 20 minutes in the hot summer months.

Can I schedule my service for a specific day?

To keep services affordable, we schedule treatments based on when we are already servicing homes in your neighborhood, similar to how trash companies work.

Can you come at a specific time?

We can provide an approximate time frame on the day of your service via call or text. However, due to customer interactions and service requests, we can’t guarantee exact times in advance.

I need to know when you’re coming because I have dogs.

You’ll receive an email the night before your scheduled service, typically for an anytime appointment between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM. We can also call ahead to give you time to bring the dogs inside or unlock the gate.

Can I call you every month if I want?

Yes, we have flexible service plans that can be adjusted based on your needs. Most customers start with quarterly service but can request more frequent treatments if necessary.

Can I put my service on hold for the winter?

No, we maintain consistency to prevent pest issues. Pests often enter homes during colder months, so regular service is important year-round.

Can you come out on weekends?

Our company policy is to allow employees to spend weekends with their families. We work Monday-Friday to provide thorough service during the week.

Where do you service?

We service the Santa Clarita area, including Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, and Canyon Country. We also provide service to areas in the greater Los Angeles area. Please contact our office at (661) 294-0206 to learn more.

Payments & Service Plans
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and online payments. Service plans and payment options are available to fit your budget.

Why am I paying $36/month when you only come out every 3 months?

We offer a membership-style service. Each 90-day service equals $108, but we break up payments into monthly installments. You can also request additional services at no extra cost during your membership.

Why do I have to sign a 12-month agreement?

We ask for a one-year commitment to ensure the property is brought under control and maintained. This saves you money and prevents the overuse of pesticides. After the first year, the service becomes month-to-month, and no cancellation fees apply.

Why am I paying an initial fee?

The initial fee, or “clean-out fee,” covers the extra time, product, and resources required for the first service. It’s more expensive to address a severe infestation than to maintain prevention.
