We’ve been customers for almost three years and No Bugs has been so good to us that I figured it’s about time I leave some feedback. When we first moved into our home in a brand new development, we immediately had ants. We wanted to use a local company with the most non-toxic product out there, hence, No Bugs. From the beginning, everybody has been friendly and accommodating. The ant problem was eliminated right after that first visit. Over the years, Matt shows up like clockwork and is always very thorough. Recently, we’ve had problems with rats (and our backyard is always clean and tidy). Matt has spent much time on the phone and in our backyard explaining what is going on and working hard to help rid us of the rats. I never feel like we’re bothering them and appreciate how courteous everybody at No Bugs is. I strongly recommend them!

Thought I had termites! Saw some winged bugs and thought for sure I had stumbled upon the beginnings of trouble. Called NoBugs and they came out THAT day to see if they could identify the bug before setting up an appointment. Matt came out and identified for us that they were just Ants! Thank goodness! He examined the perimeter of the house and found their likely entrance point and sprayed there as well as the yard. Matt made the whole process quick, painless, and easy. Especially while I was home with my 2 kids and 2 dogs! Way to work in chaos Matt!

I have been with No bugs pest control with two separate houses now. They have always done right by us. When Quarantine started we were sent a letter from the company letting everyone know that they would still be on duty and in addition they would be willing to drop off food and supplies should it be needed for any customers. They are extremely loyal and extremely thorough. When we needed extra treatments around our new property they came out numerous times without any additional charges. And today I called to see if they could come out and do an extra spray as we started to see a couple of earwigs. Within 20 minutes someone was at our house. There is no better service! Their loyalty and product is Top notch

We had a rat problem – yuck! Tenant left back door opeN and dog food bag in plain sight which was too tempting ing for a rat whoo decided to move in. No Bugs came out, inspected the entire property, confirmed no available entry points, set traps and bait boxes inside and out. After no activity inside for a few weeks, internal traps were removed. A few weeks later, we confirmed that rat was still inside. No Bugs immediately returned, identified where it was hiding and set traps up. It took a few weeks and several visits to check on the traps and bait boxes , but their due diligence and patience paid off with a successful elimination of the rat. Even after the job was done, they took precautions in case another was hiding in the house, but there were none! We are rat-free again!!! Thanks No Bugs!!!

We started service again with no bugs at our new home. They are such an awesome company. I saw a snake at our home and I was so happy to find out that it was part of my service plan for them to come out and check it out and remove it(as long as it’s not a rattle snake). Bobby was so knowledgeable and helpful. I guarantee other places would charge if they had to just come out to your location and check for the snake. I highly recommend No Bugs. No Bugs has been servicing our home For over a year now I couldn’t be happier. They are always so nice. Also a lot of the services that are usually an extra charge at other places are included with their services. I will for sure have them service our new home when we move next month.

Been a customer for over a year now. Our biggest issue was ants, and we have not seen any since we started using their service. Everyone that comes out to our house is very professional, courteous and friendly. They always leave a receipt of the services they perform each time they come out and their billing plan is very straight-forward. Everyone I have had contact with (3 different reps coming to the house and the office assistant) feels that they want to do a good job and they enjoy working there. This is a wonderfully run local business and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I don’t write reviews often but when their is a good company who does their work with excellence you write a review. They are the best I have been using them for almost a year and they always send me an email a couple days before to let me know they are coming. They are quick to respond to any call I have made. I had a dead rodent in my back patio and I called them within an hour they where happy to come out and pick it up and take it with them to disposed it. They really care for every costumer and their needs. Their product doesn’t smell and I feel safe with it because it’s more organic and cleaner than all the other harsh chemical ones out their and still does the job that’s why I had a dead rodent and the ant problem I had is gone.

We finally figured out what was causing the raised bumps on my son’s arms and legs (and face and neck and ….) Bed Bugs! The little MFrs are disgusting. The first person I called was Tyler (No Bugs) since he does such a great job with my monthly maintenance (to keep the ants and spiders at bay). Tyler was prompt, professional, explained EVERYTHING to us in an easy to understand way. If you’ve ever had bed bugs you know the psychological pain my family experienced. THANK YOU Tyler for taking care of our problem. In and out in the same day. He and his team took apart every part of the furniture in each bedroom (including every screw, etc) to get at the eggs and nests. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Tyler and No Bugs.
