The No Bugs Hiring Bonus Program is a referral program that rewards employees who refer successful candidates. We offer the following bonuses for each successful referral:

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, the referred employee must satisfy all employment requirements within the 90-day probation period. The referring employee will receive the bonus payment within 30 days after the end of the probationary period. Please note that the bonus payment will be subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

To participate in the program, employees must submit a referral form to management. The form must include the referred candidate’s name, contact information, and the position they are applying for. Management will contact the candidate and schedule an interview if they are deemed to be a suitable fit for the role.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The No Bugs Hiring Bonus Program is open to all employees of our company, except for members of management. Referred candidates must be new to our company and not have previously applied for a job with us.
  1. Referral Process: To participate in the program, employees must submit a referral form to management. The form must be completed in full and include the referred candidate’s name, contact information, and the position they are applying for. Management will contact the candidate and schedule an interview if they are deemed to be a suitable fit for the role.
  1. Bonus Payment: The bonus payment will be awarded to the referring employee within 30 days after the end of the probationary period of the referred candidate. The referred employee must satisfy all employment requirements within the 90-day probation period for the referring employee to receive the bonus payment. The bonus payment will be subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
  1. Bonus Amount: The amount of the bonus payment will depend on the position of the referred candidate, as follows:
  • $1500 for a licensed pest control technician
  • $1000 for an unlicensed entry-level technician
  • $1000 for office staff
  • $2000 for administration roles
  1. Disqualification: The referring employee will be disqualified from receiving the bonus payment if the referred candidate:
  • Was already in the company’s recruitment pipeline at the time of the referral;
  • Does not meet the eligibility requirements for the position they are applying for;
  • Leaves the company or is terminated for cause within the probationary period;
  • Leaves the company voluntarily within three months of their start date.
  1. Amendments and Termination: Our company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the No Bugs Hiring Bonus Program at any time, with or without notice.
  1. Compliance: The No Bugs Hiring Bonus Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
