No Bugs Exclusions
Because we prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, we have a very simple service policy at No Bugs: If we can afford to attend to any of your needs, and the treatment can be completed by a No Bugs technician in your area, then there likely won’t be an additional service charge. However, like any service policy, there may be exceptions based on time restrictions or the severity of an infestation.
The following services may incur additional charges:
- German Roaches
- Bed Bugs
- Bees: There may be additional charges for infestations that require immediate attention, service after business hours or on the weekend, or if there are hives located on second story eaves.
- Rodent Baiting: There may be charges for additional trips to your home to check or re-fill rodent bait boxes or to clean traps at a time other than your scheduled treatment day.
No Bugs Deals & Coupons
Restrictions apply to any deals and coupons published on the No Bugs website, social media platforms, and other advertising mediums, as pricing for ongoing and one-time services may be influenced by the location and size of your property. Please contact the No Bugs office for more details if you have any questions about our deals and services.
At No Bugs, we do not “nickel & dime” our customers. You’re our neighbor and our goal is to build a lasting professional relationship with you that is based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. If a treatment option necessitates additional charges, we will always be upfront about the cost prior to service and explain our reasonings behind it.
